well this new goal of mine is off to a good start!

Yesterday I started this workout, I did it for 35 minutes. I am about to go work out again before i get into the shower. Then off to apply for jobs.

I just hope that my motivation stays high for this workout? If I can continue doing this and find a job rather quick like, then maybe my mind will be too busy to think about my ex Buck, or think negative about myself.

I really need to stop doing that, it isnt my fault about Buck and I, I mean he is the one that ruined this relationship. It isnt my fault what that jerk Cory did to me. { to keep my privacy all I can say is that he " Taught me a Lesson " his words. } Buck kicked me while i was down, well its my turn to prove to these jerks, that i am too good for them, I am better than them, and most important, I am stronger than they think I am.

Hopefully that will keep my strive up and going.

do you find it difficult to make yourself excerise (that is if you don't particularly enjoy it)? I just can't seem to go through with it. I know it's the best thing for me to do, but after awhile, I get lazy.
yeah I get lazy big time, then I end up piling myself with more and more to do and dont have time to work out.

But enlight of everything i have been through this year alone, when my new years resolution was to make this year 2004 MY YEAR. And I have suffered more this year then any other. So I have made myself strive and strive more and more to prove that I can do this, I AM Stronger both physically and mentally then these people around me think I am. I strive to prove that I can Work out instead of intentionally barfing. I can make it on my own without the help of a man.

This new workout and strive I have is more of a " Pick Myself off the Floor and Be Done with you" Type thing.
i'm sure you have lots of things to do. However working out is not a big thing. If i have a hectic schedule one of my workout days is on a weekend so i have more time. 45 mins is usually how long i workout. I use H.I.T.
High intensity training. Although, I find that learning Karate is a better thing because it trains you to fight and you get a nice esteem boost from it because you have a less chance of being victimized. However, H.I.T. gives results. I would suggest you eat a peice of meat each day or else some cool stuff like Seitan. You do 6 at least and 13 reps at most. Once you hit 13 move up the weights 5/10 pounds. If you can't do 6 lower the weight. Do this 3 days a week. M-W-F. every other day basically. This is a great workout because you can train a lot of your body. The best thing to do is work from calves up.
that's my pattern.
You gain 10lb+ gains each month. So in a year you can bench up to 120+ more with real training. if you want to know more ask me.
